By placing an order with Refurb Online, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.2 Refurb Online reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Descriptions
2.1 All products are refurbished and sold in tested, working condition.
2.2 While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in specifications or appearance may occur.
2.3 Any product limitations or defects (if applicable) will be clearly noted in the product description.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched. Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit cards, and other payment options available at checkout.
3.3 Refurb Online reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice but guarantees the price at the time of purchase.
4. Warranty
4.1 Products come with a warranty of up to 2 years, as specified for each item.
4.2 Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
4.3 The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by power surges or external factors
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1 Free nationwide delivery is offered for all orders within South Africa.
5.2 Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and courier services.
5.3 Refurb Online is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described.
6.2 To initiate a return, customers must contact Refurb Online’s support team at sales@refurbonline.co.za.
6.3 Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
6.4 Shipping fees for non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Data and Software
7.1 Refurb Online guarantees certified data erasure for all pre-owned products.
7.2 Licensed software is pre-installed where applicable and may require activation by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Refurb Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Customer information is collected and used solely for order processing and support purposes.
9.2 Refurb Online will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by South African law.
10.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
