Questions people ask before buying refurbished
- Are refurbished laptops reliable?
- Yes, when they are refurbished properly. Our stock comes through HP, Lenovo and Dell refurbishment programmes, is rebuilt with genuine parts, functionally tested and data-wiped. Business-class lines like Latitude, ThinkPad and EliteBook are built for years of daily use.
- What do Grade A, B and C mean?
- Grade describes cosmetics only. A is as new or close to it, B shows light wear from normal office use, C has visible marks and is priced down for it. Every grade is fully functional and carries the same warranty.
- What warranty do you offer on refurbished hardware?
- 12 months on every device as standard, extendable to 24 months at checkout. Most refurbished sellers in South Africa offer 3 to 6 months.
- How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
- We courier nationwide. Delivery is R350 excl. VAT per order and takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Large or multi-unit orders are quoted separately.
- Can I rent instead of buying?
- Yes, whether you are an individual or a business. Every laptop, desktop and monitor shows a monthly rental figure over 24 months, warranted for the full term. Fleets of 5 or more devices get plan pricing.
- Do you issue VAT invoices?
- Yes. Every order comes with a full VAT invoice. Prices are shown excluding and including VAT throughout the site.
