Renting IT equipment: common questions
- Can an individual rent a single laptop?
- Yes. You do not need to be a business. Pick a laptop, desktop or monitor, tell us the term you want (24 months is standard) and we send a rental agreement. Delivery is nationwide.
- How much does it cost to rent a laptop?
- Rental is quoted on request, because the monthly amount depends on the device, the grade, the term (24 months is standard) and how many units you need. Send the enquiry form and you will have a written quote within one business day.
- What happens if the device breaks during the rental?
- Contact us. We troubleshoot remotely first, then collect the unit and swap it for an equivalent one at no cost, unless the damage is accidental or caused by misuse.
- What happens at the end of the term?
- You choose: upgrade to newer equipment, extend month to month, or return the device by courier.
- Do businesses get better rental rates?
- Yes. Fleets of 5 or more devices qualify for the plan pricing above, with a dedicated contact and a support SLA on larger fleets.
